Keeps popping up a window saying my network connection is lost and there's nothing wrong with my data connection or my wifi, so what's the problem ?

Supportive game mangers (GM) it's not pay to win but in this time the game is dead there is no many players playing it right now. Yeah there are some but they are all Over powered one hit PK and it is in spanish how can i change it in english?"
