I can't register the station. I have a message: An error occurred: Register Station failure: retrofit.RetrofitError
Well there is one manufacturer I will never purchase from again.. I received the following from Archos Technical Support: "Dear Customer, We are sorry for the late response. Unfortunately the manufacturer has stopped backing the device up. All servers have been shut down. If device has been purchased less that two years ago it should be possible to take it to streo fr refund, if they will not accept it we can record it as faulty, so after sending to manufacturer you can recieve refund. Kind regards. Archos Technical Support," So the product is now useless....
Stopped working on Android (all versions) again. Get a message saying "The client provided is not authorized to access the request" iOS version of the app is working fine to access same station.
Stopped working on both our devices (Samsung S6 and Huawei P9 Lite) recently after around 6 months of trouble free use. It will not show any data on the app despite being paired with device. On the Samsung unregistering and re-registering the station through the app will fix the problem, but only for a couple of minutes. On Huawei nothing works. Both phones have the most recent updated version of the app. Very disappointing.
Has stopped working completely now. Just keep getting that obscure message about the client not being authorized. Have tried reinstalling the app and clearing data and cache.'
