Play this online game named Aquaverse.

Aquaverse 是一款互动游戏，让学生有机会体验在虚拟环境中照顾虚拟生物。学生们在不同大小的水族馆和一个以安大略省水域发现的鱼类为特色的池塘中询问和了解热带淡水鱼。

The game is based on the Science Ontario curriculum for Grades One and Two. Problem solving skills are promoted as the students have to think about and act upon all of the necessary steps to take care of fish and plant life in order to complete a “Quest.”

When random events occur, such as a power failure or light bulbs burning out, the students have to problem solve in order to maintain the healthy environment. The students are rewarded by earning badges and spins on a “wheel” when they have completed a quest.

Once the students are successful with one aquarium, a second game “The Pond” becomes available. This is a game based in a pond where the students have to “clean up” the pond using simple machines in order to assist in keeping the environment healthy for the fish and wildlife. Badges may also be won when playing The Pond.

由于这两款游戏的主要前提都是促进基于探究的学习方法，因此学生会经常被问到问题而不是得到答案。为了区分所有学习者，每个屏幕都会自动朗读给学生和/或学生可以选择让其朗读给他们听。
