I used your website quite often, and you have a pretty good calculator there. When I saw you had an app I immediately downloaded it. But its not usable, it doesn't have the same options as the web, and forcing me to use dimensions instead of just entering the number of gallons I'm not getting an accurate reading. So I can't use the app, but your website is great!
One of the worse companies and test systems I have seen. Just provide a color chart and stop with all the app requested info. People don't want all the steps to check the pool water. I had my purchase refunded after filing a dispute with my credit card as this firm did not answer one email. All I asked for was a chart like other test strips have located on the container they come in. BTW, I found the app doesn't work many times. One huge hassle. I threw the junk out. Too bad as the strips are highly rated online by people. I have some expired ones but the color chart is on the container.
Why did you even bother with this app? The packaging indicates you could scan the test strip for calculated results, yet I find I have to provide specifics of my pool AND enter what I believe the values are myself. It provides no additional information that can't be gained by simply looking at the test strip and packaging. Pointless.
1. I know the volume of my spa but cannot directly enter it. Instead I have to use the built in estimation tool based on shape and dimensions. This is annoying, inaccurate and unnecessary in this instance. 2. This app does no math to help you know how much of a chemical to put in. But it should because you input the spa volume and answer information about what sanitation chemical you are using. 3. I had hoped this would be more useful than just journaling my test strips on my phone
This is the stupidest app ever. Every single phone screen will show different coloration. There is no possible way this is accurate.....I should have looked at the packaging on the test strips better before purchasing. DO NOT TRUST THE RESULTS OF THESE STRIOS OR THIS APP!!'
