AP6wellness is 1 on 1 Online Personal Training that consists of custom workout programs that focus on improving the Mind, Body and Soul through Fitness, Meditation, and Nutrition. We offer custom plans to reach any fitness goal, including fat loss/weight loss, muscle gain, and lean body programs. The programs consist of progress/habit tracking, workout and meditation reminders, the 7 chakras and optional in app communication with a Certified Personal Trainer. We want our clients to go beyond just working out and expand to a higher consciousness.
