Whats the point in the app letting you select card and then the driver refusing and saying cash only whilst already on the journey? Then he ignored me when I asked if i should cancel the journey on the app so my card doesn't get charged. Poor service, I think the driver was hoping he could take advantage and charge me cash and card. He insisted on taking me to a cash machine so its a good job I had my physical card on me
I downloaded the app, tried to set up the account and the codes haven't come through. I've uninstall and re installed several times with the same result.
The app doesn't even work. Wanted to give you money for a cab and give business to Alpha however your app won't even send me the verification code to sign up. So by default you are turning my business elsewhere to Absolute as their app actually works. At least I know who is and isnt a professional company... Complete shambles...
Absolutely useless booking service via this app as been trying for nearly 12 hours to book a taxi and all I get is unavailable
Worst cab company ever. I've ordered a cab multiple times through the app, with a few hours before I needed it and even so the cab came 25-30+ mins late, a few times. If you call and give them the refence number you get in the app, they tell you that there's nothing they can do with it. App is really bad optimized, missing buttons when you want to cancel a booking and looks bad overall."
