Work's the first time, then crashes on startup every time afterwards. Have to uninstall and reinstall.
App crashes when trying to submit a maintenance problem. Poorly written code.
This app is terribly buggy. It's very frustrating to use. The only workaround I've found is to clear app data and reauthorize. But I end up having to do this every time I file a ticket. Sometimes multiple times.
