Now days delivery is not good, getting parcel with very much delay. You need to work on it. I advice to send the proper bill in the system. It shows that total order has been dispatched. But actually it is not true. We receive another physical bill with the items we have received. Please update it on the system too. Also you can put more points in tracking. Like 1.delevered and also 2. complete ,when payment received.
One of the best app for food stuff in mozambique, today i have ordered my stuff, it was so quick. I have one suggestion, please add image of every product, so that it will be very clear for customer to order. Most of product dont have image.
Worst experience half of the items in the app is not there to deliver just for show whenever I ordered something end of the day they call n say we don't have goods in stock.very poor service
