I remember doing a questionnaire when I was 13 and then in my early 80's...I was still borderline...but since moving to Az. I am a different diagnose...depending on the day,season,psychiatrist(the 1 I have now has stuck around..another year..(I usually have a new one every 18-24 months) I am 57 now...and I am able to move about...but I know it won't be long I will send myself back into the Forgotten or Throw-away pile...The people that make up the quizzes...have such a positive spin...for the BP
I have always found the study of mental health fascinating. I suffered from abuse as a child and the information in this app helped to clarify so many of the questions that went on in my head for years. it's empowering. If you like the app you should really get the author's book!
This app is helpful for those who want the basic understanding of some of the wounded personality traits. Ive also read the book and it also gives you a clearer insight and you'll learn to observe many of the different personality traits .
This was a very simple break down of some of the most difficult to understand topics, but with that being said the information that you can gain from these pages can give support to those who are seeking answers and could also lead those same people to actually seek help.
Very informative with straight to the point facts and information. I gave 3 stars because I feel there could be even more informative topics and Intel. An app that good should be even better !!
