They were great until they canceled my prepaid account without explanation or refund. I had to then purchase an other account to even TRY to contact support, but they have not answered any of my messages for two months, so I am canceling. They seem to have gotten very shady. It is a shame as they really were quite good for the first couple of years
Terrible service and terrible customer service. I had a lifetime subscription that they set to expire at a certain date, but told me if I contacted them some time before that, they would renew it. For 5 months before expiration I have been trying to contact customer support via the in-app chat, email, Twitter, etc and I never got a single response. For 5 months!!!
Speed is fine when connected but the connection drops very often and doesn't reconnect automatically even though it seems to be trying. You have to manually disable VPN from settings, disable the Internet or kill the TigerVPN app and then go back to the TigerVPN app to re-enable the VPN. An overall good application that can't get the basics right which makes it unfit for regular use.
I have the displeasure to see that my lifetime subscription is no longer valid. It seems TigetVPN unilaterally decided to end my subscription, without communicating with me of course. There's no easy way to communicate with them and you need to have an active subscription to get in touch with their support... I'm giving one star because of this behaviour and not communicating with me before the change. Otherwise, the service worked flawlessly for 4 years and I was very happy with it.
Servers no longer work. Customer service don't answer messages. The app hasn't been updated in over two years. Seems the service is not being maintained and allowed to run down. Very disappointing given I purchased a lifetime subscription and was quite happy with it for the first couple of years."
