Use UptoPlay to play online the game Voice changer.
This application has a function to record the voice and play back the recorded voice.
The recorded voice can set the level of each frequency with an equalizer.
Equalizer frequency and configurable levels are device dependent.
All devices which I tested had five frequencies.
