This application provides virtual Wh from a virtual renewable plant owned by the user, expendable as gift certificates within the ESOEI commercial network (anonymously via Bluetooth).
An offline mode is also provided using precise evaluations of commercial sales or performance documents.
The proportion used to evaluate the Wh is to maintain a constancy between the value in euros of 10 minutes of minimum wage work and 100 Wh, currently: 1 euro = 10 min = 100 Wh.
