VideoVisit Family provides a safe and fast access for family members to connect with VideoVisit Remote Care clients. If your loved one is using

VideoVisit Remote Care service, you can place video calls for him/her through the Family-application. The application is supported in Finnish, Swedish and English.

How to use VideoVisit Family -mobile application:
* Download the VideoVisit Family application to your apple device.
* Login using the credentials you ve got from home care
* Choose the family member from the address book and call them
* You can change the application language from the settings.
