Dont know about the app, but had a very bad experience with delivery service. They dont deliver the parcel on main express highways and on top of it they wont give proper answer after calling them for multiple times. The least they can do is call back when they say 'I will call you back'. No updates, nothing.
The app isn't up to date, it doesn't even shows realtime package location, and its too slow when comes to status updation. support chat doesn't works either, overall not a good experience with this app.
Very good service. I had good experince with viablue.i want to send sample and i have not any person who can go and delivered and that time i search for pickup service and i found viablue and order bike service .whithin 25 min boys come and delivered my sample to my client.thank you team viablue .you have such a amazing team and service
