Play this online game named Life Tracker: for MTG.

Keep track of your own, and your opponents´ life totals during a game of Magic the gathering (MTG). This app can be used for multiplayer games of up to four players.
Your life totals will be saved as long the app even when the app runs in the background, which allows for multi-tasking activities during games. To reset lives of players simply press the menu button, and reset all life counters. While this app is specifically designed for use with Magic the Gathering, it will also be possible to keep scores in other roleplaying / trading card games.
