- How many calls have your reps made today?
- How many demos were scheduled today?
- What is the demo schedule rate for each of your reps?

Use this information to coach to your reps' needs.

All you need to do is ask your reps to tap "Connect a manager" in the KnifeLife app and select your profile from the drop down.

Once you accept their connection request, you will be able to view their progress to give more personalized coaching!
