Not even 1 star, have app parcel left on doorstep, no call, found by accident, driver signed a swirl for my name, I will never use an online service that uses DPD again, every time the same, they don't want identity to be shown, just hand parcel to the first person they meet then sign someone's name themselves, any retailer, be advised.
This used to work perfectly. But now when I'm getting a package I get emails and texts asking for my eircode, why have you stopped using the app?
Waste of time downloading this. Put tracker number in and error message every time. Don't waste ur the.with it. Definitely one of the worst apps out there.
Full screen pop up notifications for simple messages make user interface really clunky and annoying. Doesn't seem to be any function to add a new delivery to the My Deliveries list, which seems bizarrely stupid for a delivery tracking app. I can quick trace my delivery, but once found I can't save it - why not? Seems a pointless app made by people who don't care. Also randomly crashes when I try and search for tracking numbers. Just stupid.
`All I want to do is check where my parcel is....but no. This piece of shot app that has not been updated since 2016 can't tell me that. DPD, I have had issue with your terrible service before and I'm baffled as to why companies keep using you. For example, numerous times you have "gone to the wrong address" even though I have clearly put the right one down. You need to stop lying to customers when things go wrong and you need to update your systems.`Page navigation:
