I don't like it. I have to sign up to order which isn't a good policy.. I don't want to sign up. I ordered once before and it forced me to, now that I'm trying to do it again I need to sign up again. It won't let me log in to my previous account. I understand you not wanting deliveroo getting a portion of your profit, but your app needs to make it easy to order. I like Burro Blanco and want you to succeed, so please help me help you.
A restaurant food app which does not have an easy way to access the menu unless i order. Whats the problem? Well that means i cant look at the menu when the restaurant is closed haha. Imagine not checking something soo important what else is missed..
Ordered 0812, indicated 30mins to deliver, food not even dispatched 0907. Terrible service, if not able to meet delivery time advertised do not advertise that, customers want honesty and transparency.
The app doesnt work for me anymore for some reason. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesnt work.
