Our pizza is made from slow-rising dough and is baked in a wood-burning brick oven. Our oven produces a heat of about 500 c (930 F ). The slow levitation and blast cooking process lock in the flours natural aroma and moisture giving a soft and easily digestible crust. As a result, the edge (cornicione) is excellent and shouldnt be discarded.
Our casual dining venue is complete with wooden tables serving thin crust pizzas with a range of traditional toppings. Each pizza is hand made and prepared to order topped with a selection of your choice.

`App is fairly good, I couldn't get it to apply the discount code to begin with, then finally figured out the "apply code" button is invisible to the right of where you enter the code, so if you press what appears to be nothing it will apply it. Otherwise fairly straightforward. We're regular customers of Brick and I already know from experience that the pizza itself is second to none! Particularly recommend the Marginara.`,Changing my review because the min order restrictions are really annoying and unnecessary, especially if you're wanting a solo pizza. I'd much rather pay a small order fee a la Deliveroo than try and make up the £20 by ordering desserts and sides I probably won't even eat.
5stars for food, always! 4stars for app experience - it's really great, but would be better if you could see the price next to the items.
Very clear layout and clean user interface. No clutter. I wish more restaurants used something as intuitive as this.
