Comments:
Poor method of booking restaurants. You have to submit specific times, when it replies as booked up, you have to re-enter with a different time, after submitting all the times which took 15 minutes, no bookings left! Rather should give a graphical planner overview showing availability (similar to when booking airline seats)
Total rubbish. You'd be better off playing Russian Roulette than trying to book a restaurant with this app! Total waste of time, I've tried for three days to book a restaurant and have not yet succeeded!
The app works incorrectly, has lots of glitches, e.i. when there's a Zumba class, app notificates there're few places left but in reality, a class is fully booked. About the hotel: it's 4 starts but it barely gets to it, 3 max. Workers doesn't know how to do Latte and not everyone speack English which makes lots of things complicated (English is national language, in tour hotel quite expecting workers to know the language) horrible internet and network connection. Often power cuts off.
Too much focus on Germany when trying to book not offering uk airports
Over complicated. Lots of information missing. Can't get to restaurant menus even though the app is apparently the only place they are available and there is no map of the resort. The developers of this app need to take a serious think about what guests might actually need during their stay especially just after arriving when everything is new a information is hard to come by."
