Compatibility
Import a GEDCOM file of your family tree at TreeView.co.uk (Free of charge) or TheGenealogist to view and edit it on your device.
If you have already built a family tree on TheGenealogist or TreeView.co.uk, you can log in with that account to view and edit you tree.
Privacy
TreeView offers you the flexibility to be as private or public with your trees as you wish. With 3 settings you have the choice of who you share your family tree with.
Private
Invitation only (Users can see if there is a potential match in your tree, but cannot see the full trees details without your permission)
Public

`Not updated for all over a year. Viewer for existing treeview family tree, which syncs to TheGenealogist. No hints. Can't merge people. Searching doesn't even find people with same name and birth date in the tree. Don't click on "remove tree" because it doesn't remove it from the app, it deletes that tree forever without further warning. Even if you have it backed up elsewhere, it is still gone and can only be partially recovered by the technical help team.`,Only 7 photos allowed unless you upgrade to premium?? How cheap. Just tells me that all this lousy, cheap app wants is your money. Plus there's no access to any records. There's a kabillion other apps out there that provide alot more for the same rating this app deserves - ZERO!!!
A great easy to use app which is a great addition to treeview on my pc, all my trees are updated regardless of where I use the app.
The upgrade was a scam. I upgraded to v.2 and they came back and said I needed to upgrade to thegenealogist
Need a computer rather than tablet or anything else that someone under 90 more likely to use. 8 track tapes anyone?'
