It worked great for me and the staff emailed me if they needed any other info. I recieved help with 2 utilities in less than a week after i submitted the application. It made the process a lot easier and faster. Great app!
The app will not stay open long enough to finish the process and apply for the help I need. I may be denied assistance because I could not get this fkn app to function. My power is disconnected and I'm not able to restore service without help... Fix this please??!!
Doesn't always scan doc. properly. Takes several try's to get it to upload. Other than that it's simple and I find it easier to use then having to go stand in line at the office risking exposure to covid and putting the nice employee at risk too. I'm sure the app make it easier for them to use too.
Crashes constantly, deletes info; uploaded documents disappear from file folders. Frustrating and time consuming
New app needs tweaking: when typing numbers in, it acts up. For example, when you type 256, it would sometimes allow 2, then would not type 5. Had to hit the space bar first, then type 5. Did not appear to make actual space, but 80% of the time had to hit the space bar to type next number. Sometimes it would take numbers together. BC of this, LITTLITE app may not've taken my address, ssi, phone#'s & correctly, which may've caused a rejection of my LIHEAP application."
