Terrible app, hasn't worked since the day we switched to a smart meter. Doesn't show balances, therefore no idea how much gas/electric we have when not home and can no longer transfer balances to different energy, the very reasons we decided to switch in the first place! Have rang up and explained the issue 4 times in 5 months, no one has fixed it. Don't even get me started on the absurd price hike!!!! Will be switching to another provider, even if it's the same price out of sheer principle.
The app rarely works. I can probably count on one hand the amount of times I've been able to check my balance using the app. Topping up only occasionally reaches the meters automatically. Usually I get sent a top-up code that I have to manually enter. Which defeats the point of remote top-up. What if I'm out of town and forget to top-up before I go? It's even stopped sending me notifications that my balance is low. Bloody useless! I'm switching provider as soon as I'm able to.
What happend to the App? Previously it was slow sometimes, but now it doesnt work at all. It wont recognise my log in details. I can use the web, but that is slow also. The pages sometimes take ages to load? What is happening the last 6 months? After seeing the reviews this should have been fixed a long time ago. I didnt receive any communication regarding this in the last 6 months.
`Had the app around 2 weeks. It's TERRIBLE. There's always a problem logging in for some reason, that's if the app isn't down because of "technical issues" at eon. Maybe use some of the billions that you are ripping people off by to get some decent tech support and then we might be able to do the simplest tasks like viewing balance and topping up instead of seeing 'an error occured' . Total joke eon.`,Used to be great but now I can never view balances as it always gives an error. The website is the same. Rarely works. Its time Eon spent some money on fixing the problem. When will EON fix this problem?'
