Frustrating and bugged. Slow to load/navigate/use. Constant connection issues. Deleted sites reappear (no other users connected to them) Logs don't show some alarms that have happened. Logs aren't in date/time order which makes analysis of order of events after an alarm challenging. These are just a few frustrations.
Useless, Needs reconnect every time, can't even loggin my alarm
Notification sounds are weak. Need a stronger sounds or alarm sounds. Plz can you fix this problem.
Descriptions very confusing. Bypassed and Unbypassed. Why not Armed and Disarmed and Stay. Keeps disconnecting. Then cannot reconnect
Constant connection issues. Only works after reconnecting multiple times. Sometimes reconnecting doesn't even work."
