TrueNorth Cycle & Barre is Folsoms first boutique fitness studio that opened in 2015 as a spin studio with 33 bikes. We quickly expanded in 2016 by taking over the space next door, which we converted into a barre studio, providing a wider array of classes for our members. As we continue to grow with our clients, weve built a community of people who love to workout while also having fun.
