Our motto is "strong bodies and clear minds," and our goal is to help change lives for the better, both physically and mentally, through martial arts and fitness. We offer a positive, safe, healthy, and non-intimidating environment filled with camaraderie, with classes available for women, men, and children of all ages and fitness abilities. THE STUDIO is operated by 7th Degree Taekwondo Master Amitis Pourarian, a Kukkiwon-certified instructor with more than 20 years of teaching experience. All of our instructors thrive on watching students challenge themselves, empower themselves, and do things they never thought possible!

This app is great, especially for beginners. It gives a way to learn and practice at home without looking things up. Only problem really is the fact the videos are very small and trying to pause them can sometimes lead you to some blank screen resulting in you having to reset the video because the button to go to YouTube itself does not lead you to any other website. Overall, love the app and I can't wait for it to help me more in the future"
