so hard to use i have a very bad camera and have to scan a qr plus every time l do get it to scan it says no internet connection. oh thats not all you have to connect to the hotel internet before the qr (for me) an you have to use the app to access my hotels wifi
Absolute rubbish!! I will never stay in any hotel that uses this app especially Resorts World Langkawi. It is absolutely not a substitute for good service and such a cop out for those hotels trying to cut corners. Just hire more people and spend more on technology. The last review from the same hotel was 4 months ago and also experiencing the same problems as me. The developers replied they will look into the matter, it seems like they have not done anything about it.
I wasted a lot of time trying to access the internet using this app it never connected to the internet. The password never worked.
Forces access to contacts or won't load. No reason for contacts to be forced. Probably stealing data, watch out
Useless app, i connected hotel wifi and downloaded the app successfully, but when i started the app and scan the qr code provided, it keep return to previous page and pop out a "Please connect to Hotel wifi" message. FYI, im staying in Crystal Crown Hotel PJ'
