Comments:
It works very well. An update on the scanning bar when confirming the scan with a check mark would be great to have if possible. Maybe even a new design and set up for the app like on the actual web page they made recently would be awesome as well. Other than that it's good and easy to use.
To help me close packages better. I'd like to have two things. One is to show the whole tracking for the long tracking numbers. Looking at the last 4 numbers of long tracking helps me sort through them better. Two is to show the date package was opened. If I have those two things. Youll make my job so much easier. Pretty please! You will make me so happy.
Would be great if building link had a way to create a permanent profile for contractors coming in to the condo building I work at. Right now, you can only log them in as EVENTS. The same contractors come in often, and it's a pain to chase them down to sign in on a sheet. My building is open easy access and it's hard keeping track of them all. Wish you guys could add this feature. Other than that, it's a great app.
This app is good. It just needs to be a little more user friendly. I'm a doorman and I use this app quite often. If I make a comment on my work computer on an open event and save it. I can not see the comment on the app. Also there should be a button to sign out multiple events while you have one event open. It's time consuming to have to go to the close multiple events option when all they need to do is add a button if there are multiple events for a resident.
The only feature we use at my property is the ImageR but it randomly shuts down our phones, HARD. As in will not power on at all until it's put on the charger. As of now we're uninstalling the app hopefully this major bug will be fixed soon but it's not worth finding out what other issues it might be causing."
