I had the same issue as everyone else: I couldn't connect my watch to Pro when it connected just fine to the regular app. I have the T20W watch and the phone sees it. The regular app sees it. Pro app, however, fails to see it.
After reading the reviews, it looks like the developer just added an app that doesn't work. This is worse than the old app that they removed from the Play store! Can't even find my watch! Useless!!! Now I have nothing to sync to my phone! POS!
Get old version, if needed, from tech support. Current pro is completely useless. It took me a while to realize that I installed the pro version on my new phone and that was the reason for lack of device detection. Tinwoo techsupport responded very fast with a link to old app which is currently not on Google play. (8/28/21) and it works fine.
It's a failed app. I've used the normal Tinwoo app with no trouble, but this Pro version will not work to pair with my watch no matter what I've tried, even with the suggested troubleshooting tips from the app. I tried reaching out to the developers but I got no response from them. Too bad they have no idea of how to get this app to work.
