I can't even get the app to recognize my batteries. A friend said she can only connect at home but not on the ski hill. Very frustrating that this app doesn't work and worse that there are only three heat levels without Bluetooth which is not satisfactory for cold days. The Bluetooth controlled batteries should be pulled from the market until this app becomes operational.
Loses Bluetooth connectivity to the point that it's useless. I can no longer adjust the heat or do anything because it won't reconnect after the first time they're turned on. It wasn't always this way, please fix it! EDIT: Thank you for fixing it! Much better. -1 star because sometimes I have to move my phone closer to the battery to reconnect, but it's much faster now!
Unhappy with connection issues.. 1 out of three attempts worked. You want to ski and no response from app... hope it gets better. Want to say good things I swear.. Update.. better after new app version. Still lost connection and had to restart batteries. It's cold and that's why timing matters so much (natureofthegame). Once they kicked on they were great though. So opinion is rising thanx
`I have owned the integrated ski boot heaters for 3 weeks, used once. Constantly disconnected during use and required manually turning heaters off and on to reconnect. Or, Bluetooth can't detect the heaters. Or, if BT detects the devices, it claims there isn't an app on the phone to pair even though it's installed. Or, the app won't pair with the heaters ("device not found"). Last but not least, now one heater won't turn on . Thermic should be ashamed to sell such a POS.`,Agree with other comments, Frequently loses Bluetooth connectivity to battery. I no longer see the battery level in the app. What is the point of paying for the Bluetooth feature if it doesn't work. PLEASE FIX! Can't find a manual or help. Google search links for FAQ and User Guide just go to the main page. Are you supporting the app? Like others I paid good money for this feature, I feel like I'm being ripped off. Are you going to support your customers?"
