Comments:
Tickets don't appear in my app even though I've followed all the instructions. With other apps like Ticketmaster, you log in and the tix are there in your account. Can't be too hard to sort surely.
Difficult to navigate. Don't feel the app is very user friendly.
The mobile ticket option, intended to display in the app is a little over complicated. Login to the app then go to the email you've received separately, then click the ticket link to enable them in the app, once you login... again. Still, once that's done, the app interface is clear and works well.
Nicely laid out and easy to use. Some bits are annoying - the most awkward issue is downloading e-tickets when you have a purchased them on a different device to the one you will take to the races. Would be nice that once you have ordered tickets using your account that those tickets are available on all devices where you log in.
What a mess! I've booked £200+ worth of tickets for the Cheltenham Festival from the website & no matter what I try I cannot login to the app. I can see my tickets, add the date to a calendar but NOT send any of them to friends? Absolute farce & about as clear as mud to access! Please sort it out!"
