Use UptoPlay to play online the game RG Diary.
The "RG Diary" app allows you to systematize your daily activities and receive great results even faster.
The application is for viewing by athletes, coaches, parents of athletes.
Jumps, turns, balance sheets, subject skill and pirouettes are an application for beginning level gymnasts. We show fragments of choreography and rhythmic gymnastics, which combine elements of dance, gymnastics, mastery of the subject and ballet.
If you or your child practice this sport, you will learn how to improve your athletic skills, as well as the strength, flexibility, dexterity, coordination of the body that are really needed to be the best in this sport.
This application includes levels from the first year of rhythmic gymnastics training and preparing exercises that will help to perform the correct element:
- 1 level: exercises to develop the flexibility and pumping of the muscles of a young gymnast, the ability to find balance and transfer it to one leg. Includes a basic subject - a skipping rope.
