Owlbooks service is meant for the Purpose and only the exclusive use of the subscriber/registered user.

The application is public with free access and OwlBooks assumes no liability for the quality and genuineness of books. OwlBooks does not assure of the ready availability of all books in its stock.

Books donation: On donating books on OwlBooks you surrender all rights in the donated books towards OwlBooks You give us permission to use the books. You shall in no situation seek or request back any of the books donated by you to Owlbooks For every book you donate on Owlbooks, you shall be credited points as per prescribed schedule.

Books issue: You shall be entitled to issues books from OwlBooks. You commit that the books requested by you shall only be used for educational purposes and shall be Donated back to Owlbooks, once the requirement is met with.

You shall be entitled to issue books against the points credited to your account. Each books issued by you will be charged points as per the prescribed schedule.

To maintain ease of operations we had kept the same number of points for donation as well as the issue of books.

Whilst using this platform an obligation is cast upon you to only provide true and correct information and in the case of creating a profile you undertake to at all times keep the information up to date.

Owlbooks does not share personally identifiable data of any individual with other outsiders without obtaining permission

Users shall not spam the platform maintained by Owlbooks or indiscriminately and repeatedly donate books with a different title. The user expressly states that the details or information/ data ( like name, address, etc..) being provided by the student is correct and complete in all respects and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading facts or details. Any conduct of the user in violation of this clause shall entitle Owlbooks to forthwith terminate all services to the user without notice and to forfeit any points standing to the credit of his account.

That Owlbooks a platform being run by a not for profit organization - My Right to Study. It (My Right to Study) is funded by its member trustees and affiliates within their limited means. Hence, it seeks to charge students for all shipping related expenses which may be incurred to the students. It is always advisable to order multiple books in a consignment in order to reduce the cost of shipping per book.

The OWLBOOKS are the property of the nation and reasonable care needs to be exercised in its use. While we need to use the books to the most, we also need to ensure that we do not render the books unusable for other users, with our usage.


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be a court of law located in New Delhi, India.
