Use UptoPlay to play online the game NCJ SmartCard.
The North Coast Journal is excited to offer Humboldt County the Smartcard App. It is your way to receive instant discounts from your favorite retailers and restaurants in your area. Think of it as a pre-paid discount credit card. You add money to the Smartcard with your credit card and use the Smartcard to make purchases that are all discounted.
Your GPS will list all the participating merchants in your area. Easily read the associated discount for your favorite merchant. Once you visit the merchant and receive your bill, launch the Smartcard app and enter the exact transaction amount into the app. The merchant discount will be automatically calculated and the discounted amount will be subtracted from your pre-paid Smartcard account.

I loved using the card. The discounts were nice. Then it changed. You had to add money to an acct and it became a hassle for me. I'd be out to dinner and want to use the card and I'd have to add money and remember the password. But, I'd still use it again. Wasn't sure it was still available.
Love the app. But wish I could over pay for the total owed and the app would adjust accordingly. Otherwise fabulous.
At first I couldn't log in, the NCJ helped me out and went beyond customer service standards. Love this app!
