URBTIX (Urban Ticketing System) provides one-stop ticketing services to event presenters and ticket buyers. Apart from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department's (LCSD) performance venues, it also covers a number of venues not managed by LCSD. URBTIX services include counter sale at about 40 outlets across the territory, telephone as well as 24-hour Internet booking.
"My URBTIX" is a newly developed mobile app to further facilitate ticket buyers to make purchases online using smart phones or mobile devices driven by the Android or iOS mobile operating systems. For ticket buyers who have registered as members, this app shall provide a wide range of personalised functions to enhance their buying experience including bookmark on favourite events, email reminder to attend purchased events, etc.

The app never granted me access to view tickets at all. Twice, I managed to get past the "waiting for access" screen, but it just opened up a dialogue box that sent me to the website, which immediately kicked me out -- and sent me back to the "wait" screen again.
the worst. tried to login multiple times and matched the shown image exactly. after it didnt work no matter what i tried the audio - same problem. hong kong should just hire IT consultants, its embarrassing how backwards this town is with everything related to computers. website looks like it was done in thr 90ies and never updated since
kept crashing, and then couldn't even login...it continuously errored that the site was busy. ended up buying the tickets the old fashion was...lining up in person to buy the ticket*
Crashed twice during payment. Seats I was trying to buy are unreserved in the app but greyed out on the website. Impossible to tell if I bought same tickets twice or none. Links to events do not work after a while. Seat selection sometimes does not work on Android - plan cannot be enlarged so selecting seats is just an exercise in frustration.
Terrible experience. Failed to purchase ticket, but I can see the event still available. When I tried to fill up the payment information. It say the process hold by others. During 15 mins., I do nothing and wait for timeout. After that, I never get into the app.'
