Update: App fixed with new update it took 6 months to fix but they did it thanks. Map location not working. This app used to work fine now you cannot even enter a location on the map or pin-drop I'm not sure what happened but it is no longer working. This issue has been going on for over a month now and no fix. The location does not work on the map when I try to report abandoned vehicle. When I go to report graffiti it works but if I try to do the abandoned vehicle it does not work

`Used to work fine, now it won't even open... Everytime I try to launch the app now it just says "error". What a bunch of junk!!! Unforgivably useless, but considering it's for a local government service, no big surprise. Wonder how many of my taxpayer dollars are being wasted on this amateur developer...`,

I have found the GoCOS app entirely useless because of what appears to be a bug. My report will not let me add a location, which is required for submission of the report. In the location selection tool, the check looking location selection button won't do anything. I can give it gps coordinates, button does nothing. I gave it an address, nothing. Please fix it, y'all there's multiple large cracks spanning my street that have yet to be filled. Fix your app

The App was awesome when it the Springs came out with it... Now !!! It sucks !!! The map won't work and Now !!! The app does NOT come up at ALL !!! Needs FIX !!!

It does not open. I have reinstalled the app a few times. I have go to the website and login, to report anything. The app does not work, please update the app and it's functions."
