Purchasing stories appears to be down on Android. The last bundle does not work gonna plug in and see if renaming .bin files helps. I connected to the iPad and was able to still see those books so they are there, just something wrong with them. Eventually the cables in paws come loose and need resaudered which we did, so good as new. Lost stars because of poor android connectivity and rushed export of files to store
Originally gave 1 start as the app new app stopped working/connecting. Emailed customer service who was prompt to reply and inform me that they were working in the issue. The app now works, however, it requires access to Bluetooth and location at all times for it to work. This is not needed for a child's toy. If that is fixed, I feel this would be a 4 or 5 star app as it's easy to use and does exactly what it supposed to.
Would give this minus stars if I could. Constantly crashes and never stays connected to bluetooth for long, then takes forever to re pair. Absolutely love the remake of Teddy but the app needs work guys
This is not working. It crashes my phone. I cannot connect teddy ruxpin via Bluetooth. After spending a lot on this bear for the stories unfortunately we are only able to listen to a couple that are stored on teddy ruxpin. The original with the tapes was so much better. Please fix the app.
The Google / Android version of this app doesn't seem to work. I tried an iPhone and it connected right away. It seems that for the moment, Teddy Ruxpin 2017 only works with apple devices."
