DESCRIPTION
Use UptoPlay to play online the game The Hardest Sudoku.
17 is the minimum number of clues in any proper sudoku (i. e. sudoku with a unique solution).
The app contains a database of 50 000 sudokus with only 17 numbers initially. Thus this database includes some of the hardest grids ever, although a lot of grids presented are not that difficult as one may expect. Future selection of the super-hard puzzles is intented (with contribution of solvers using the app).
The app offers:
simple design and fast interface
no ads
50 000 beatiful puzzles
This app was made possible thank to Gordon Royle and The University of Western Australia, who collected puzzles with 17 initial values.
Enjoy with UptoPlay the online game The Hardest Sudoku.

Comments:
Poor format and incomplete. Zer0 options, settings, or even instructions on using the app itself. I was looking forward to a more difficult Sudoku app, I don't know why I expected the app to actually work properly...
5 stars for quality of puzzles. But 3.5 stars for interface. Some desirable features in future version: 1. Undo feature 2. List of all games to see which I have played & completed already
Not even close to the hardest. Took me about 15 mins to solve and thats without penciling in numbers as the app doesnt let you pencil in. Reasons for 3 stars: Pros - no ads, no mistake tally, fairly easy for a expert sudoku player but i guess for a beginner, could be quite challenging. Cons - unable to pencil possible numbers in why name it the hardest when ive done ones that took me 3 or 4 times longer and were actually hard. Im an sudoku expert though so this could be different for a novice.
No ability to make notes for possible candidates. Uninstalled.
Harder than the other apps but still not hard at all compare to what can be found on the web'
