Did not allow me to enter my name correctly with hyphen to match my name on the passport. Then could not connect claiming poor internet connection although I have a great connection. Rubbish app.
An absolutely useless app which doesn't seem able to properly parse key travel's own confirmation emails. Two current trips only show partial details (flights but not hotel for one; two duplicate trips showing outward but not return flights for the other). Actual useful information (flight confirmation codes; links to check-in, etc) is a distant pipe dream. I'm forced to use key travel by work and I'm not impressed by any aspect of the experience. No idea how they got the contract.
Terrible app. First install failed to open. Second crashed my phone and needed a reboot. Third time lucky, but as another review highlighted, I could not log on despite using the same username and password as the desktop version. Using a Huawei P20 Lite
We use Key Travel for work and I was told to install this app but I'm struggling to see the point. Bug riddled and unhelpful, it also doesn't do all the features I'd need anyway (emergency messaging and train etickets are done with other apps), so it's much easier to manage my bookings manually.
Can't log in yet credentials work on website. If separate mobile app authorisation is required that should be made clear, particularly as they're encouraging you to play online the app. Unusable."
