Terrible! This app makes the whole process take longer, trying to work payroll out of this system is a nightmare. If one of our boys goes offline, due to being in Cornwall will poor internet times don't update. Worse thing we did using this, manually writing job cards and inputting time sheets was far more effective from a management perspective. As for getting support with it, it doesn't really happen! And they want to bring out a new version... get the original working!
Slow and definitely not user friendly. Makes everyone's job more difficult. Stick with paper!
Very poor, App and portal have made engineer time entry extremely slow and unreliable.
