Open Samsung Health and go to My page to view your profile settings!
Just press the profile icon on the Home tab.
And start filling out your profile details, This can help you to receive more useful health data for you.
Simply fill in the blanks and go back to the Home tab.
What you eat is super essential when it comes to a healthy lifestyle, right?

Lets find out the caloric and nutritional information
of some foods based on your profile.
Tap on Add in the Food section.
Heres where you can log your meals and see their calories.

Lets say my goal is to follow a healthier diet,
so I want to get more nutritional information.

Now press the 3 dots on the upper right,
and then press Set target.
Now, you can see my recommended daily calorie intake based on my profile data.
Do you want to set up a weight goal?
So Ppress View weight goal on the lower right corner.
Thats the target weight that I put on my profile.
If you set your target weight and weekly plan,
you will get the proper information to reach those goals.
And now lets go back to the previous page.
Your recommended calorie intake is now customized to match your profile settings.
