CaltexGO is fast and easy. How to use:
1. REGISTER FOR FREE: Download CaltexGO app. Create your account and set up your mode of payment.
2. LOCATE AND SELECT NEARBY STATION: Start refueling at any Singapore Caltex station near you. The app displays your location (name of Caltex service station). Select the Caltex service station where you intend to fuel up.
3. ENTER PUMP NUMBER: After fueling is completed, open the CaltexGO app to enter your pump number.
4. CONFIRM AND PAY: Confirm the transaction, then click "Pay Now" to pay for your purchase.
5. RECEIPT: The app will show you whether your payment was successful and a receipt will be emailed to you.
To all drivers: For safety reasons, mobile phone use is restricted within an enclosed stationary vehicle with the engine switched off or inside the StarMart convenience store.
CaltexGO is only available for Caltex Singapore currently. It might be available in your city very soon.

Hi, when GPS accuracy is down for the day ie cloudy weather or heavy thunderstorm, my location cannot be updated for payment. My phone GPS location is just across the road but i couldn't select the station to make a payment. Frustrating as i rely on the app a lot, so i have to manually pay with cash instead and lose my plus points. Please allow us to choose the station manually for payment.
Whenever log in to the app, it still prompt me to update. Then go to play store, trying to update. But it shown my app is latest. It is working good last week. This week face this issue and can't pay in app after pump petrol today. Hope developer can do something to solve it.
It was working fine before the recent update. Now the screen just hangs. Deleting and reinstalling app did not help. What's happening? Company should at least give users a update. I have deleted app and am awaiting a update by company.
App keeps asking me to update to latest version. I get redirected to the Google Playstore but there is no new updates available. Huawei P20 Pro. Android 9.
Terrible experience. Unable to start app. Resorted to manual pay and no linkpoints because my card wasn't with me. Bad experience"
