One of the worst workouts that l have come across. Purchased beginner program. No proper instruction on how to carry out each movement. Plus, l was charged twice!
This app is awful paid for full access when I opened it it said I had finished days 1 to 66 when I reset app it wanted me to buy the app again completely a waste of money I love the idea of the app but functional aspects makes it seem like a scam
looking for All free apps as I want extra thing for home I already pay to belong to a gym not paying to watch this and my ay never end up doing this programme
What Go,go,gooo means? :) So ugly voice, taking off all my willings to workout. And still counting you have no idea what to do next. Poor.
