Great site for searching cruises. Really bad customer services. I had some questions I needed to know regarding room sizes etc as I have children. waited for 30 mins for agent Elisa to come back to me and she just said she would email it through , which never came. I thought they had most of the information there should be easy to talk with. in the end went direct to the cruise line and booked direct, saved $3000 as well.
