SHTF Tools is a toolkit for emergency and survival situations. It is made up of three tools:
\tThe EMERGENCY module:
o\tPresent the list of emergency numbers in the country where you are. Useful in your country and essential when traveling.
o\tAllows you to call these numbers directly by specifying the specificity of the number beforehand.
o\tAlso allows you to contact by SMS the special numbers for deaf or hard of hearing people.
\tThe ORIENTATION module:
o\tAllows you to reach a destination by indicating the course to follow, the distance between you and the time required. Very useful if you get lost in the forest or in the mountains.
o\tTells you your GPS position to report it to the emergency services.
o\tAllows you to save your location so you can return later.
o\tAllows you to share your destinations.
\tThe LAMP TOCHE module, use the phone's LED (flash) to:
o\tEnlighten you.
o\tSend a luminous SOS.
o\tReport your position by light flickering.
o\tDisorient an attacker with the "Strobe" function.

Comments:
It's not a bad app. I feel that it should be fleshed out a little more with some additional features. The GPS with waypoint tracking is kind of neat, and the flashlight controls are fun. It seems to be well suited for use in an emergency, as part of a get-home repertoire. Possibly something that will identify edible plants broken down by region, some basic electronics repair tips, and some emergency first aid tips with graphic detail would really make this more useful in a shtf scenario.
Ok so this is a decent start. Got a good idea going. Layout needs work and lots more options. just spend some time adding more options. Make it useful offline. Give reverence data and guides within the app ( talking to the creator)
For USA users, it is in English, but, this app only calls 911, has a compass, and a flashlight. All things that are already on your smartphone. To me it's not worth the download, but to each his/her own.
Requests unnecessary permissions, does not have very many features. If this app was all that you actually had in a shtf scenario you're screwed. Keep looking. (Inb4 the developer has an immature response to this like they do to the other critical reviews.)
Stupidest app ever a wanted me to call someone'
