With its help, the workshop can prepare a document confirming the technical condition of the car at the time of its receipt from the customer and releasing the customer after repair. It can also take photo documentation of defects noticed in the vehicle. Ready-made protocols in the form of pdf files are sent along with photo documentation to the customer via SMS or email.
