Claiming fair play certification. FACT! It doesn't exist. If it did do you think they would say it isnt? They would be out of a job.

Im very disappointed in the experience i had with live chat. I feel very cheated. I came in 6th place in a tournament in Dec 10th and won 123,000 diamonds which i never got. So i contacted live chat and got a rep that refused to give me their name or rep id # in case i had to call them again. there was no case # either. i never got my winnings so i contacted them again thru live chat and they blocked me. now i am unable to reach them at all..'
