This is a complete scam, the collar literally does not have GPS capabilities it is a circuit that simply lights a light up and does nothing else. It just slowly drains the battery with a flashing light. Just read the other reviews and you'll see what is happening.
Do not WASTE your TIME or YOUR MONEY! Be warned. I returned my product almost immediately (AND im STILL waiting for my alleged money back guarantee) The customer service for this company is a joke, the application is horrible and the product takes a decade to arrive! This company advertises what they cannot and do not deliver, its disgusting and wrong. There are so many other better options to choose from, I went with Tractive and I'm LOVING it. YOU SHOULD TOO.
Waste of money. Most regretful purchase ever. Used to work months back but signal, accuracy, and tracking GPS was terrible. Then all my config got deleted and I've never been able to reconnect or reconfigure. This is garbage tech. They spent more money on marketing and making a pretty box and packaging than actually making something worth buying
Waste of Money. Has an impossible time connecting and if you're lucky enough to get a signal, it will just keep processing. My cat could book an Uber to the airport, take online Burmese classes in the backseat, book a trip to Myanmar and get on a plane before this thing would tell me if she left the yard. Update: reached out twice for a refund and no response. So upset.
Great collar but it's going to be a while before you get it because of covid so just be patient. Also when you go to setup the collar it may not program the first time you try so just take the battery off and put it back on and try the setup again and it should program now. It takes 5 minutes or more so be patient with that to. It's definitely a great collar though."
