Pulled my Kickstarter original Olives out, charged them, paired them to the phone, but the app doesn't see them. Worked fine with the old app, about a year ago.
The app and bluetooth was working fine. Now the app isnt working, but the bluetooth still works. Not sure what happen to it, so i have to give a lower star than i like too.
The only thing that works is the tutorial. No access to home or calibration etc. There are no 3 horizontal bars in the upper right corner as pictured in the preview. I have the android version.
I'm unable to use the he app. I can pair with my phone but the app says no olive found. I tried a lot of times with also another phone. Nothing...??? Any help will be appreciated. This is about the olive first generation. How it is possible to pair with the Bluetooth and it works when I have calls but the application says there's no olive around? Because of that I cannot use it as a hearing aid.
NOT FOR OLIVE PRO! The Olive Pro Instruction Brochure (online) wrongly advises using this app. Please use My Olive app as stated in the Olive Pro Instruction MANUAL supplied with the device. I could not evaluate this app so 3 stars.'
