It's a Widget for Sony NW-F880 or NW-ZX1.
If you push the Widget, you can change color of a Widget font, a Battery circle and etc.
I don't have NW-ZX1, but I think the Widget for NW-ZX1 works.
notice:It's Widget font uses "Sony_Sketch_EF.ttf".
